FERMIN Coppa Serrano (Cabecero de Lomo)
Fermin’s Coppa Serrana is made from the collar of the authentic Spanish pigs, with an all natural diet and a intense and beautiful marbling. Marinaded with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, pimenton, garlic and sea salt for 5 days and then we air-cure it for around 4 months.
CURED FOR 60-70 days using artisanal methods in La Alberca, Spain
