Sardinillas en Aceite de Oliva. These are meticulously selected for size, these-nutrient rich, tiny sardines called “sardinillas” are fished in Galicia’s “Rias Gallegas” and preserved in olive oil. They are prized for their plump and tender texture and flavor. It is a fish rich in calcium, vitamins and a high Omega-3 content. We love that they have health benefits.
